Purchase and Payment
We welcome SERIOUS and willing buyers. Customers with records of 'booked but stay silent' may be refused service.
Prices quoted includes normal postage/Pos Laju. Please enquire within for locations other than Singapore and Malaysia, as delivery charges varies with quantity purchased and the location of the receipient.
To purchase, please fill up Sheen's Order Form and submit. You may email sheen.mars@gmail.com for your orders /queries. You may SMS +60 104246121 (no calls please, only SMS, thanks).

We appreciate PROMPT payment (within 48hrs) upon confirmation of purchase, or items will be opened for sale to the next customer.
Payments to be made via POSB (Singapore) or MAYBANK2U (Malaysia). We also accept payments via Western Union. Kindly notify us of your transaction/reference codes. Delivery will only be done when payment is cleared.
We discourage any cancellations after a purchase is confirmed (unless with valid reasons). No Exchanges and No refunds. Thank you for your kind understanding and co-operation.
Sheen's reserves the right to any change of price or replacement of items should any items becomes unavailable. Customers will be advised accordingly.
Sheen's will not be held liable for any mishandled or missing items during delivery. We recommend the registered mail options.

Items Condition
At Sheen's, we strive to give you the best in quality of Hijabs and top-mark service. However, due to limitations set by supplier/s, certain imperfections occur. Washable stains and marks or fabric wrinkles and minor stitching imperfections are unavoidable as our stock comes direct from suppliers and these imperfections may occur during manufacturing and handling of goods. Should this situation occur, respective customers will be advised accordingly if the particular item is to be purchased
Colours and quality of items may differ from the photos due to conditions in lighting and photography.
